Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and expertise in Jira project management tools.
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Capacity to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at providing clarity amidst complex systems.
- Competency in managing conflict and resolving challenges in professional relationships.
- Aptitude for identifying and addressing discrepancies in established procedures.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by bridging business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience, from e-commerce to in-store operations.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure alignment and transparency in projects.
- Write test cases and validate system functionality to support QA and UAT efforts, coordinating feedback cycles effectively.
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure operational cohesion.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.

- Complete various other duties as assigned.
