Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools
- Proven experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at driving clarity across complex systems
- Competence in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure cohesive operations
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns
- Participate in learning initiatives, such as training programs and workshops, to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
