Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project tracking
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capacity to connect technical specifics with business objectives to enhance customer experiences
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to bring clarity to complex systems
- Skillful in resolving conflicts and managing challenges in professional relationships
- Competence in identifying and addressing deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance the unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM to ensure cohesive operations
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively engage in training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Perform additional duties as required
