Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical details with business priorities to support end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of driving clarity across complex systems
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and address challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Aid QA and UAT by creating test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to enhance processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams using enterprise platforms to assure cohesive operations
- Provide friendly, proactive support to others, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Participate in professional development opportunities such as training programs and workshops
- Perform additional duties as assigned
