Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Knowledgeable in platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to link technical details with business objectives for comprehensive customer experiences
- Organized and proactive, with a knack for clarifying complex systems
- Capable of resolving conflicts and navigating challenges in relationships
- Skilled in identifying and addressing deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Physical stamina to maintain seated or standing positions for extended periods
- Proficient in verbal communication with others, both in-person and digitally
- Close vision aptitude for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration issues and areas for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Partner closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively engage in learning opportunities such as training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Execute additional duties as assigned
