Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capacity to connect technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at clarifying complex systems
- Competence in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Ability to identify and correct deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible with changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration among systems that facilitate a unified customer experience
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency
- Write test cases and facilitate quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Analyze data to uncover integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work closely with teams utilizing enterprise platforms to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in professional development initiatives to enhance skills and stay updated
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders with inquiries and issues
- Exhibit behaviors that align with Rural Kings values of People First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement
- Perform additional duties as needed
