Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capability to link technical details with business priorities for enhanced customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at driving clarity in complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to manage interpersonal challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible with changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital and retail platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create thorough technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints for project alignment and transparency
- Write test cases and validate system functionality to support QA and UAT
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and optimization prospects
- Work with stakeholders to enhance processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment channels
- Utilize HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM to ensure efficient operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while upholding confidentiality
- Engage in learning opportunities such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders

- Perform additional duties as assigned
