Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business goals to enhance customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of clarifying complex systems
- Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that drive Rural King’s unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical needs for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Write test cases, validate system functionality, and coordinate feedback during QA and UAT
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and areas for improvement
- Work with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support for internal and external inquiries and issues

- Perform any additional duties as required
