Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and others.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities.
- Capacity to connect technical specifics with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.
- Well-organized, proactive, and effective in fostering clarity across complex systems.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing challenges in relationships.
- Ability to identify and manage deviations from established processes.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Capability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods.
- Skill in effectively communicating verbally with others, both in-person and electronically.
- Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
- Close vision for computer-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel projects by linking business needs with technical implementation across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that facilitate a unified customer experience across e-commerce, in-store operations, order management, and data platforms.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure alignment and transparency in projects.
- Aid in QA and UAT by producing test cases, validating system functions, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Analyze data across systems to identify integration issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems.
- Partner closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for streamlined operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Actively take part in learning initiatives, such as training programs, workshops, and webinars, to expand knowledge and skills.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional assistance to internal and external clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
