Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities.
- Capacity to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at fostering clarity within complex systems.
- Competent in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships.
- Ability to recognize and rectify deviations from established procedures.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across various platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that facilitate a unified customer experience in e-commerce, in-store operations, and data management.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to uphold project transparency and alignment.
- Assist in Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by drafting test cases and validating system functionalities.
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise systems to ensure cohesive operations.
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate actively in learning initiatives like training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.

- Perform additional duties as needed.
