Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives
- Organized and proactive with driving clarity in complex systems
- Conflict resolution skills and addressing challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration of systems that enhance the unified customer experience from e-commerce to in-store operations
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams in translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Write test cases and validate system functionality during QA and UAT phases
- Analyze data to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work closely with teams using various enterprise platforms to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops
