Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira project tracking
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across different systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to align technical details with business priorities to enhance customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of clarifying complex system interactions
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical implementation across various platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, including data flows and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project updates and transparency
- Assist in QA and User Acceptance Testing by composing test cases and confirming system functionalities
- Analyze data from diverse systems to pinpoint integration challenges and improvement opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes in online and in-store fulfillment systems
- Utilize HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other platforms to ensure integrated operations
- Make independent decisions while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills
- Provide cordial and timely support to inquiries and concerns from internal and external sources
- Embody Rural Kings Values in all interactions and tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
