Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Skill in connecting technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer journeys
- Organized, proactive, and capable of clarifying complex systems
- Ability to manage conflicts and navigate relationship challenges effectively
- Proficient in identifying and rectifying deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Capacity to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through electronic means
- Close vision for tasks related to computer use

Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel efforts by bridging business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience, covering e-commerce, in-store operations, and order management
- Gather and document both business and technical needs related to omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specs for systems across retail and digital platforms
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to promote project alignment and transparency
- Assist QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback loops
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and enhancement opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Participate actively in learning initiatives including training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support
