Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong technical communication aptitude
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives for comprehensive customer experiences
- Organized and proactive mindset with a knack for clarifying complex systems
- Proficient in resolving conflicts and managing challenges in professional relationships
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with adaptability to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by bridging business needs with technical execution
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital platforms
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist QA and UAT processes by crafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure smooth operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while adhering to confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Execute additional duties as assigned
