Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for project tracking.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong technical communication abilities.
- Capable of linking technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and effective in driving clarity across complex systems.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges in professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by connecting business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that drive a unified customer experience, encompassing e-commerce and in-store operations.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency.
- Assist QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure cohesive operations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while exercising discretion in daily decisions.
- Actively participate in training initiatives, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.

- Perform additional duties as required.
