Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira project management
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical specifics with business priorities for complete customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at providing clarity in complex systems
- Competence in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Capability to identify and remedy deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems to enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems used in retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by drafting test cases, verifying system functionality, and guiding feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to uncover integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Partner with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in everyday decisions, upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Participate actively in learning opportunities including training programs, workshops, and webinars for skill enhancement
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively

- Perform additional duties as needed
