Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project tracking
- Proven capability in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to merge technical specifics with business priorities to support seamless customer experiences
- Organized and proactive with a talent for clarifying complex systems
- Proficient in resolving conflicts and addressing relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptive to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by bridging business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems to facilitate a unified customer experience across e-commerce and in-store operations
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements essential for omni-channel projects
- Craft detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to uphold project alignment and transparency
- Aid QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback loops
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and identify optimization opportunities
- Work alongside stakeholders to enhance processes in online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure coordinated operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in routine decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills
- Provide friendly, professional internal and external support, addressing inquiries and issues with urgency and effectiveness
