Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools
- Proven track record of documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with platforms including HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized and proactive, skilled at navigating complexities across various systems
- Adept at resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Capable of identifying and rectifying deviations from established processes
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and flexible to shifting priorities
- Physical ability to maintain seated or standing positions for extended durations
- Proficient communication skills for effective engagement with others, both in-person and electronically
- Acquired close vision abilities for tasks involving computer usage
Responsibilities
- Support Rural King’s omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various platforms
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by composing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively engage in learning initiatives like training programs and webinars to stay current on new developments
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and issues efficiently

- Perform additional duties as required
