Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Documented experience with integrations and technical workflows between various systems
- Familiarity with technologies like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical specifics with business goals to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive, capable of clarifying complexities in systems
- Proficient in conflict resolution and managing relationship challenges
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and flexible in adapting to priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across platforms
- Ensure seamless system integration that enhances the unified customer experience from online to in-store operations
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards and user stories to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Write test cases, validate system functionality, and coordinate feedback during QA and UAT processes
- Examine data from various systems to troubleshoot integration issues and find optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, retail, and fulfillment systems
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily decision-making
- Engage in learning opportunities to continuously refine skills and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide prompt and professional support to both internal and external inquiries

- Perform additional tasks as needed
