Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven track record of documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Ability to bridge technical intricacies with business requirements for optimal customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at driving clarity in complex systems
- Capability to effectively resolve conflicts and address interpersonal challenges
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration of systems contributing to Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment
- Write test cases and validate system functionality during QA and UAT phases
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration hurdles and opportunities for improvement
- Work alongside teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day decision making, maintaining confidentiality
- Participate actively in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders
