Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to align technical details with business objectives to support comprehensive customer experiences
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to clarify complex systems
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Skill in identifying and correcting deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that provide a unified customer experience, from e-commerce and in-store operations to order management and data platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop thorough technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to uphold project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure smooth operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to colleagues and clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Perform additional duties as assigned
