Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven track record of documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capacity to connect technical details with business goals to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive with the capability to clarify complex systems
- Proficient in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Ability to identify deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel projects by aligning business needs with technical execution across multiple platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel initiatives
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and visibility
- Assist in QA and UAT processes by writing test cases and validating system functionality
- Analyze data across various systems to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to enhance processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and related platforms for seamless operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily decision-making
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external inquiries and concerns
