Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira project management.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical procedures across various systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication capabilities.
- Skillful in linking technical specifications with business objectives to enhance customer experiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to clarify complex system interactions.
- Competent in resolving conflicts and navigating relationship challenges.
- Ability to recognize and address non-compliance with established processes.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that facilitate Rural Kings unified customer experience.
- Gather and record both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business necessities into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Assist in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system performance, and coordinating feedback loops.
- Analyze data from numerous systems to pinpoint integration challenges and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise systems for cohesive operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide friendly and professional support internally and externally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
