Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capability to align technical details with business priorities for optimal customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at providing clarity across intricate systems
- Competence in effectively resolving conflicts and addressing challenges
- Ability to identify and rectify deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible to shifting priorities
- Physical ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods and navigate facilities easily
- Strong verbal communication skills for in-person and electronic communication
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that enhance the unified customer experience
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage project tasks using Jira boards, user stories, and sprints
- Assist QA and UAT by creating test cases and validating system functionalities
- Analyze data from different systems to identify integration challenges and optimize processes
- Work with stakeholders to improve online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate with teams utilizing HCL Commerce and IBM Sterling OMS for seamless operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while exercising independent judgment in daily tasks
- Engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and webinars
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external inquiries

- Perform additional duties as required
