Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira software for project tracking
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capability to connect technical details with business priorities for seamless customer experiences
- Organized, proactive attitude with a knack for clarifying complex systems
- Skill in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support our omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration of systems that enhance our unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system functionality, and managing feedback cycles
- Analyze data from different systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM for cohesive operations
- Participate in learning initiatives, training programs, and workshops offered by the company
- Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support, addressing inquiries promptly

- Perform additional tasks as necessary
