Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and Jira project management
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at clarifying complex systems
- Capability to effectively resolve conflicts and address arising challenges
- Ability to identify and rectify deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Physical ability to maintain a seated or standing position for long periods
- Skillful in verbal communication with others, in-person and electronically
- Close vision for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that enhance our unified customer experience
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project progress and transparency
- Assist with QA and UAT by drafting test cases and validating system functionality
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and areas for optimization
- Work alongside stakeholders to improve processes throughout online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively take part in learning opportunities like training programs and workshops
- Offer friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support for inquiries and issues

- Perform additional duties as assigned
