Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong comprehension of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical processes across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to support comprehensive customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of navigating complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to tackle relationship challenges
- Proficient in identifying and addressing deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
- Capacity to communicate effectively both verbally and electronically
- Close vision required for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel projects by aligning business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration among systems that enhance Rural Kingβs unified customer experience
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel initiatives
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications across retail and digital platforms
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to uphold project alignment and transparency
- Aid in QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
