Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management.
- Proven track record of documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and technical communication.
- Ability to connect technical specifics with business objectives to enhance customer experiences.
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of clarifying complex systems.
- Proficient in effectively resolving conflicts and addressing emerging challenges.
- Able to recognize and address deviations from set processes.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across various platforms.
- Ensure seamless system integration that enhances the unified customer experience across digital and physical operations.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and integration specifications for retail and digital systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Assist in QA and UAT by creating test cases, confirming system functionality, and coordinating feedback processes.
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and potential optimization opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment operations.
- Use enterprise platforms effectively to ensure cohesive operational functions.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in daily decision-making processes.
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated.
- Provide proactive and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues efficiently.

- Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
