Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project management.
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities.
- Capability to connect technical intricacies with business priorities for optimal customer experiences.
- Organized and proactive, with skills in clarifying complex systems.
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to address relationship challenges effectively.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and flexible with changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that facilitate a unified customer experience.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Assist in QA and UAT by creating test cases, validating system functionality, and managing feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify integration challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems.
- Engage actively in training and learning initiatives to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide courteous, proactive, and professional support to internal and external inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
