IT Business Analyst - Technical - Ivesdale

- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical implementations across various platforms - Ensure effective integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience, particularly in e-commerce and in-store operations - Gather and detail both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects - Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Manage Jira boards, oversee user stories, and coordinate sprints to ensure project cohesion and transparency - Assist QA and UAT phases by drafting test cases, validating system functions, and facilitating feedback cycles - Analyze data from multiple sources to pinpoint integration issues and areas for improvement - Work alongside stakeholders to refine processes across digital, in-store, and fulfillment systems - Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for streamlined operations - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Actively participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry developments - Provide courteous, proactive, and professional support to internal and external inquiries and concerns - Embody Rural Kings core values including People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Undertake additional tasks as necessary
