IT Business Analyst - Technical - Hume

- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms - Ensure seamless integration between systems that enable Rural Kings unified customer experience, from e-commerce and in-store operations to order management and data platforms - Gather and document both business and technical specifications to support omni-channel projects - Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems across retail and digital channels - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to sustain project alignment and transparency - Assist in QA and UAT by preparing test cases, validating system functions, and coordinating feedback cycles - Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration issues and enhancement opportunities - Work alongside stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems - Utilize HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure cohesive operations - Exercise discretion and independent judgment during daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Demonstrate behaviors in line with Rural Kings Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform additional duties as required
