Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical processes across various systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and others
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with effective technical communication
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance overall customer experience
- Organized, proactive, and adept at clarifying complex systems
- Effective in resolving conflicts and tackling challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Assist in Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems that enhance the unified customer experience in e-commerce and physical store operations
- Collect and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business requirements into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to keep projects aligned and transparent
- Support QA and UAT by drafting test cases, verifying system functionalities, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration issues and optimization opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Work closely with teams using platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM to ensure cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively engage in learning opportunities like training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
