Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management.
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM.
- Excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong technical communication skills to connect technical details with business priorities.
- Organizational skills with a proactive approach to manage complex systems.
- Ability to effectively handle conflicts and address relationship challenges.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution.
- Ensure seamless system integration to enhance the unified customer experience across various platforms.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and project sprints to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Write test cases and validate system functionality during QA and UAT phases, coordinating feedback as necessary.
- Analyze data from different systems to pinpoint integration challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Work with diverse teams using enterprise platforms to ensure cohesive operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while exercising independent judgment in daily decisions.
- Engage in learning opportunities through training programs, workshops, and webinars to stay updated.
- Provide friendly and proactive support internally and externally, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Exemplify Rural Kings core values in daily behaviors and interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
