Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms like HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to connect technical specifics with business objectives to enhance customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and adept at clarifying complex systems
- Skillful in addressing and resolving conflicts
- Ability to identify and tackle deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptive to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by bridging business requirements with technical implementations
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance the unified customer experience across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency
- Assist with QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other platforms to ensure cohesive operations
- Make independent decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills
- Provide proactive, friendly, and professional support for internal and external inquiries and concerns

- Perform additional duties as needed
