Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms including HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Skill to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Well-organized, proactive, and capable of clarifying complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills and adept at addressing challenges in team dynamics
- Ability to identify and rectify deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible in adapting to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure smooth integration of systems that drive a unified customer experience, from e-commerce to in-store operations
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints for project alignment and transparency
- Assist with QA and UAT by creating test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback loops
- Analyze data from various systems to uncover integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning opportunities like training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills
- Provide friendly and proactive support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently

- Perform additional duties as assigned
