Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools
- Demonstrated expertise in documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
- Capacity to align technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex systems clearly
- Proficient in conflict resolution and addressing challenges in relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business needs with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project transparency and alignment
- Assist QA and UAT efforts by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from multiple systems to uncover integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes in online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in everyday decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning opportunities, such as training programs and workshops, to enhance knowledge and skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Perform other related duties as assigned
