Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira project tracking
- Proven record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in technical communication and able to connect technical details with business objectives
- Organized and proactive, able to clarify complex systems
- Capable of resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in professional relationships
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across channels
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment
- Assist with QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration issues and opportunities for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across digital, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in daily decision-making and interactions
- Engage in learning initiatives to stay updated on industry developments and refine skills
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders

- Execute additional duties as needed
