Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong comprehension of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven ability in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to bridge technical specifics with business priorities for complete customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled in driving clarity in complex systems
- Competence in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in relationships
- Ability to identify and address deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across different platforms
- Ensure smooth integration between systems powering Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints for project alignment and transparency
- Support QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from multiple systems to uncover integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other platforms
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives, training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders
