Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies along with Jira project management tools.
- Proven expertise in documenting system integrations and technical workflows.
- Familiarity with platforms including HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, particularly in a technical context.
- Ability to align technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at clarifying complex systems.
- Capable of resolving conflicts and addressing interpersonal challenges.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural King’s omni-channel initiatives by bridging business requirements with technical execution across various platforms.
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects.
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints for project alignment and transparency.
- Assist with QA and UAT by crafting test cases, verifying system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from diverse systems to identify integration issues and areas for optimization.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems.
- Partner closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure operations remain cohesive.
- Make informed decisions and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily tasks.
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on industry developments.
- Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
