Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Capacity to align technical specifics with business goals to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and able to foster clarity within complex systems
- Proficient in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges in professional relationships
- Ability to recognize and address deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for digital and retail systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by developing test cases, validating system functions, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from diverse systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to refine skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support internally and externally, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Perform additional duties as assigned
