Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools.
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance customer experiences.
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at clarifying complex systems.
- Capability to effectively resolve conflicts and tackle relationship challenges.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical outcomes across digital, retail, and operational platforms.
- Ensure the smooth integration of systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience, from online shopping to in-store operations.
- Gather and document both business and technical needs for omni-channel projects.
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business demands into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Assist during QA and UAT phases by writing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles.
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and areas for optimization.
- Team up with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems.
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, such as training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders for inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Demonstrate behaviors that reflect Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
