Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related platforms
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical specifics with business objectives to enhance customer experiences
- Organized and proactive mindset, capable of clarifying complex systems
- Competence in resolving conflicts and addressing relationship challenges
- Ability to identify and correct deviations from established processes
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and flexible with shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience
- Gather and outline both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems in retail and digital environments
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Aid QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback loops
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other related enterprise platforms
- Use discretion and independent judgment in everyday decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Actively take part in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

- Perform additional duties as required
