Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira project tracking
- Proven experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and adept at driving clarity within complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to address relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible in adapting to shifting priorities
- Physical ability to maintain seated or standing positions for extended periods
- Effective verbal communicator both in person and via electronic channels
- Close vision capability for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by connecting business needs with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that facilitate Rural Kings unified customer experience, including e-commerce and in-store operations
- Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing test cases, validating system functions, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data from various systems to identify integration challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Work closely with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure cohesive operations
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives like training programs and workshops to acquire new knowledge and refine skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Demonstrate behaviors that reflect Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
