IT Business Analyst - Technical - Charleston

- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms - Ensure smooth integration between systems that facilitate Rural King’s cohesive customer experience, encompassing e-commerce, in-store operations, and order management - Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects - Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across both retail and digital sectors - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions - Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to uphold project clarity and alignment - Assist in QA and UAT by developing test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles - Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and areas for optimization - Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems - Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure operational cohesion - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily operations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Participate actively in training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders - Exhibit behaviors that reflect Rural Kings Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Complete other duties as assigned
