IT Business Analyst - Technical - Camargo

- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms - Ensure smooth integration between systems for a unified customer experience spanning e-commerce, in-store operations, order management, and data platforms - Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects - Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems in retail and digital spaces - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions - Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to uphold project alignment and transparency - Assist in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, endorsing system functionality, and managing feedback cycles - Analyze data from diverse systems to pinpoint integration hurdles and identify optimization opportunities - Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operations - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently - Exhibit behaviors that reflect Rural Kings Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform additional duties as required
