Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
- Proven history of documenting integrations and technical workflows across diverse systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication abilities
- Capability to align technical specifics with business priorities to enhance customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and skilled in providing clarity within intricate systems
- Proficient in resolving conflicts and addressing relational challenges
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily decision-making
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical implementation across various platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical specifications for omni-channel projects
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, data workflows, and integration specifications for retail and digital systems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from various systems to uncover integration issues and optimization chances
- Work alongside stakeholders to improve processes in online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Engage with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms to ensure smooth operations
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support for internal and external inquiries and issues
