Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira for project management
- Demonstrated ability in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with technologies such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Capacity to connect technical specifics with broader business goals
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at clarifying complex systems
- Skilled in conflict resolution and proactive in overcoming challenges
- Self-driven, meticulous, and flexible in adapting to shifting priorities
- Ability to work effectively while maintaining confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel projects by aligning business needs with technical implementation
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for various initiatives
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including data flows and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints for project transparency and alignment
- Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test cases and validating system functionality
- Analyze system data to identify integration issues and areas for improvement
- Work alongside stakeholders to refine processes across online and in-store operations
- Engage with teams utilizing various enterprise platforms to maintain cohesive functioning
- Exercise independent judgment in daily operations while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and remain updated on industry trends
- Provide responsive and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Embody Rural Kings core values in work practices and interactions
