- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business needs with technical implementation across digital, retail, and operational platforms - Ensure smooth integration between systems that facilitate Rural Kings unified customer experience, including e-commerce and in-store operations - Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects - Create thorough technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for retail and digital channels - Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions - Oversee Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to maintain project alignment and transparency - Assist in QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and coordinating feedback cycles - Analyze data from various systems to uncover integration challenges and optimization opportunities - Work alongside stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems - Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Actively participate in training initiatives such as workshops and webinars to enhance skills and stay updated - Provide friendly and professional internal and external support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly - Exhibit behaviors that reflect Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform other assigned duties as needed
