Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical details with business priorities to support end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of driving clarity across complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal communication skills for in-person and electronic interactions
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project compliance and clarity
- Write test cases and validate system functionality during QA and UAT phases
- Analyze data from various systems to pinpoint integration challenges and find optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to refine processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate closely with teams utilizing enterprise platforms to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while using independent judgment in daily tasks
- Engage in learning opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on industry developments
- Provide internal and external support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly
