Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
- Proven experience in documenting integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical details with business priorities to support end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized, proactive, and capable of clarifying complex systems
- Effective conflict resolution skills and ability to address relationship challenges
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across digital and operational platforms
- Ensure seamless integration between systems that enhance the unified customer experience
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and project sprints to maintain alignment and transparency
- Support QA and UAT by writing test cases and validating system functionality
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM to ensure cohesive operations
- Provide friendly, proactive support to both internal and external clients
